All tickets are legitimate tickets, valid for entry.

Unless otherwise noted as part of the ticket description, all the tickets sold on AmazonTicketsOnline.com are guaranteed to be authentic tickets, valid for entry to the event in which you purchased the ticket for. If the venue will not accept the ticket for entry, the purchaser must ship the unused tickets to Amazon Tickets Online, 6504 Bridge Water Way, Suite 406, Panama City Beach, FL 32407. Amazon Tickets Online will investigate the incident to determine why the tickets were not accepted, and if Amazon Tickets Online finds that it was in error, the purchaser will be refunded the full cost of the tickets including shipping costs and service fees.

All tickets we deliver will be the same, equal, or better than what was originally requested.
If the purchaser does not receive the exact tickets he or she ordered, Amazon Tickets Online guarantees that the replacement tickets will be of equivalent or better value than the tickets originally requested. If purchaser complains that the tickets they received do not meet this criteria, and if the event has not yet occurred, and if Amazon Tickets Online determines in its sole discretion that the tickets are not adequate to fulfill its promise of equivalent or better tickets, Amazon Tickets Online may either provide the purchaser with equivalent or better tickets, or it may refund the purchase price of the tickets including shipping costs and service fees. In either case, purchaser must ship the tickets back to Amazon Tickets Online in a prompt manner to be eligible for a refund or new tickets. If the event has already occurred, Amazon Tickets Online may provide the purchaser with a refund. To be eligible for a refund, purchaser must ship the unused tickets back to Amazon Tickets Online.

All tickets will be delivered in a timely manner.

All deliveries are made to the billing address of the purchaser. We guarantee that the tickets will be shipped to the purchaser in sufficient time so that at least one delivery attempt will be made before the event occurs. If the event occurs and no delivery attempt has been made, Amazon Tickets Online will coordinate with the selling broker to issue the purchaser a refund of the cost of the tickets including shipping costs and service fees. The purchaser is responsible for making himself or herself available to receive delivery of the tickets when a delivery attempt is made. If purchaser cannot be available to receive delivery, purchaser shall contact and coordinate with Federal Express, or whatever other delivery company Amazon Tickets Online might use for the purchaser's order, to make alternate delivery or pickup arrangements.

If an event is permanently cancelled, a refund will be issued.

If an event is permanently cancelled, Amazon Tickets Online will coordinate with the selling broker to provide the purchaser a full refund of the ticket price including any service fees. Amazon Tickets Online may require the purchaser to return the tickets to Amazon Tickets Online to be eligible for this refund.
